SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with LUMIERA Group. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, prepare, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING AND WEEKLY SUBMISSION

LUMIERA works with premium manufacturing partners in Turkey.

To maintain product quality, availability, and proper order preparation, all customer orders are collected during the week and submitted to our manufacturing partner every Friday.

Orders placed before the weekly Friday submission will be included in that week’s production and shipping batch whenever possible.

Orders placed after the Friday submission may be included in the following Friday batch.

This means that order processing may take a few days before your order is dispatched from Turkey, depending on the day your order was placed.

2. DISPATCH FROM TURKEY

Once your order has been submitted to our manufacturing partner, it will be prepared and dispatched from Turkey.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

Please note that the estimated delivery time begins from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

3. SHIPPING TIMES

As our products are shipped from Turkey, the estimated delivery time is typically 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on your destination, customs procedures, carrier operations, public holidays, seasonal shipping volume, and other factors outside our control.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination, product size, product weight, and selected shipping method.

5. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number, where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment confirmation.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to most countries, subject to destination availability and shipping carrier restrictions.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Customs policies vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

7. SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

carrier disruptions  
customs clearance procedures  
weather conditions  
public holidays  
incorrect delivery information

high seasonal shipping volume  

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LUMIERA Group is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

8. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that your shipping address and delivery details are complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted shipping information provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

9. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of:

the outer packaging  
the shipping label  
the damaged item  

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please note that once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

10. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT MADE-TO-ORDER AND BATCH SHIPPING

Some LUMIERA products may be processed through scheduled weekly batches to maintain product quality, availability, and proper preparation with our manufacturing partner.

Because of this, your order may not be dispatched immediately after purchase.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that your order may be included in the next available weekly submission batch and shipped from Turkey after preparation.
